We are very pleased from measuring, estimate , to contract. We were informed as to window arrival and installation. The technicians arrived remeasured to make sure windows were correct and started work. Both men were courteous keep everything picked up and clean. Working in and out removing and replacing windows. We had one area with rot and they asked me to look at and went to work on repairs and the repair was complete sealed, caulked and again asked me to look before replacing window . Upon completion cleaned windows inside and out demonstrated how windows worked and if we had any questions. They loaded old windows trash cleaned up and left the house. I would recommend Window World if you are looking for a professional install and product.
Was a pleasure start to finish

Upon the recommendation from neighbors and friends, we called Window World. We were impressed with the product the sales representative showed us, and the price was reasonable; so we ordered our window replacements from them. The installers were professional, efficient and hardworking, and the task was completed in one day. We’re very happy with our new windows and with Window World.
