The real measure of a company is how they deal with mistakes. A mistake in how my windows were ordered was handled quickly and professionally. What I thought was going to turn into a difficult situation ended up being a very quick "oh, we messed that up, we're ordering the corrected ones and expediting them. Once we have confirmed the arrival, we'll be out to swap them out." which was amazing. The installation work was flawless. I was blown away by how quickly they swapped out 19 windows and how great it looked when they were done. The windows themselves are excellent quality and I couldn't be happier with them. Just as importantly, they left things cleaner than they found them. Would totally use them again.

A great experience from start to finish. House call for the sales pitch and measuring wasn't terribly time-consuming, but I got all the detail we needed to make a decision, and following up to confirm and schedule was easy as well. The crew was able to install all 9 upstairs windows in roughly 6 hours or less, with no mess inside or out, since they sealed off the windows from the inside before removing the old ones. The final results fit perfectly and look like the "belong", and everything is very well-sealed. 0% financing is also a plus, although the price was very reasonable to begin with. We'll be calling them again later on for the rest of the windows!

Installation of the products was flawless and A+. The ordering process and length of time to get product was a B-. Our company representative left the company in themkide of our project and it caused confusion and delays. Finally, after ordering, The promised 8-10 weeks to get the product ultimately turned out to be 15 weeks. Overall a good experience but not 5 Star.

My experience with Window World was exceptional. Their team came out & replaced some windows & doors in our home. All day into the early evening they worked in tandem, replacing the old with new items. Half of the team would follow up with cleaning & picking up any debris or trash after each installation. They would come & get me to insure that I was satisfied with each new replacement. When they finished with all the replacements, we walked from room to room to make sure I knew how to open & close the windows & doors. I will definitely use Window World when I need to replace any other windows or doors. Every single detail was discussed in advance so there were no breakdowns during installation. They have great customer service, keeping me posted as when products were ordered, when they arrived in house, & then scheduled installation.
You won't be disappointed with Window World & their products.
