Window World makes great windows. We replaced 2 windows and a sliding glass patio door, 50 year old products which were poorly insulated. The new ones cost a lot more than we expected, but we got another bid from Lowes that was higher, and their salesperson was pushy. Part of the cost was having to match our HOA-required exterior brown color. The Window World salesperson was a good listener, and showed us all the options. The installers were quick, taking maybe a half day, and doing a good job. Now we're ready for winter cold or summer heat. Plus they open and close so easily!

Tyler was an awesome sellman. His presentation was short and to the point. He was the first salesman to come to my home that I did not have to put out. 45 minutes and I was writing him a check. The price was in my range. The crew came out, they were very respectful, professional, and efficient. They went over each window with me making sure everything was straighten up and they cleaned up after themselves. My home is so cool it is unbelievable. I know there's a lot of conflicting reviews for window companies online, but the Raleigh Window World staff and partner installers did an AMAZING job on our house. From the product demo and design phase through to after installation, the staff were genuinely kind and patient and excellent at following up. We had some minor issues amd they didn't hesitate to get an order in and make sure we understood how the next steps were going to work. Can't recommend them highly enough.
